I am first generation British Asian born and bred in London.
I love learning about life and culture understanding traditions and how we view life.
I blend counselling and psychotherapy and life experience..
I am interested in how we evolve and how to maintain a balance in life.

- Registered Counselling Professional - Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counseling from the Metanoia Institute
- BA hons in Theology and Religious studies with History
- Postgraduate certificate in Gender studies
- Independent domestic violence advocate (Safer lives)

I regularly discuss my work with my clinical supervisor. I abide by the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy which is set out by the BACP, I am fully insured and I receive regular clinical supervision from highly experienced and industry-leading Clinical Supervisors.
